Adoption Process

To adopt, please fill out our Adoption Application Form by downloading our “fillable” PDF and send to requested email address below. Once the application is approved, a meet and greet is scheduled between the potential adopter and pet. 

If all goes well during the meeting, we schedule a home visit (someone from the rescue goes and checks your home).

The end of the process comes down to the adoption contract. We usually offer the option to foster to adopt as an alternative to adopting. This is a 1 to 2 weeks trial run to make sure it’s a good fit for everyone before committing 100% to adoption.
